This is the first episode I remember in which Norm has used dowels.

I don't normally make these sorts of comments, but Norm looked pretty spiffy in that dress shirt at the furniture factory, and it looks like he might have shed a few pounds, too. Sorry…I mean for mentioning it—good on you, Norm.
