The ideal surround for pictures in a frame is a mat. It's approximately 3⁄32" thick and has a shape (usually rectangular) cut out of it somewhat smaller than the artwork. The cutout is beveled which lends a professional and pleasing look to the piece. This tool makes the beveled cut. I believe this may be the actual model Norm used. Appearances: Episode 707 |
