The one featured appears to be cast rather than pressed and uses a single post attachment. Almost any other router I can think of uses two. I finally found a decent pic. My editing isn't the greatest, though.
The edge guide used on the Makita 3612 plunge router in Episode 610 (Alphabet Wagon) is slightly different in construction, although it performs precisely the same function.
