Appearances: Episodes 501, 505, 508, 512, 513
Called half sheet because it takes one half of a standard 6"x9" sheet of sand paper. I'm surprised at the few number of appearances, but I think the introduction of random orbit sanders killed a lot of demand for sheet sanders.
I thought I had only seen this on one episode, but after my April/May '07 run-through of the episodes it turns out to have been on more.
