Norm tried out a branding iron for his work. The sponsor provided a tip with the NYW logo on it and Norm burned it into the under side of the butcher block in the Kitchen Table episode. I don't recall him ever using it again. This view is of the handle/heating element. The tip (not shown) attaches at the end of the metallic part.
